Tasting the yummy Manchurian balls on street, if you wonder the magic behind its extra deliciousness and wish you could cook something that heavenly.

We bring to you, an easy and a quick enough method to prepare the Indo-Chinese snack.

Beginning with the INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 Cup Cabbage
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot
  • 1/2 Cup Capsicum
  • 1/2 Cup Spring onion
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 3 Tablespoon Cornflour
  • 2 Tablespoon Maida
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Water

FOR GRAVY:

  • Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Green chilli
  • 2 Tbsp Spring onion
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp Chilly sauce
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 Cup Water

TO PREPARE THE MANCHURIAN BALLS:

  • Chopp all the vegetables in a bowl. To it add salt, ginger, garlic, maida, corn flour, black pepper, soy sauce.
  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Make small balls from the mixture.
  • Deep fry the vegetables till they turn brown.
