Ayodhya: Just a day after Shiv Sena's Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut pronounced a controversial statement that Babri Masjid was destroyed in 17 minutes, the Mumbai based party upped the row on Saturday by likening the BJP to a ‘sleeping kumbhkaran’( a evil who knows to sling 6 months in a year). In an editorial in Shiv Sena’s mouthpiece Saamna, the party stated the PM Modi led BJP has been sleeping for four years.

Addressing to the media, Raut stated it was time that the construction of the temple is speed up. Raut also responded to the urge made by former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi and Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav on Friday that the Army should be called in Ayodhya, if required, to keep the law and order situation in under control.

“I don’t know if Akhilesh Yadav talks about the Indian Army or the Pakistani Army,” stated Raut, adding the “Indian Army is to be stationed on the border”.

Worth mention here Ayodhya has been turned into a fortress ahead of Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray’s visit. Hundreds of Shiv Sena supporters have also reached in Ayodhya in special trains.

Meanwhile, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) supported by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) are programmed to hold a 'Dharma Sabha' on Sunday to press on for an early construction of a Ram Temple.

As per the police sources, more than two lakh people are likely to converge on Ayodhya on 25 November 2018.

Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray will be present at a number of events in the temple town on Sunday and is likely to pitch in for early construction of the splendid Ram temple.
