Facebook is constantly being accused of promoting the wrong things. A few days ago, there was also a discussion of selling user's data on Facebook and helping to help a single party in their elections, which continues to circulate. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently gave an interview to Recode, a technology website in which he talked about issues ranging from Fake News to influencing the elections.

Are Elections Affected Due to Facebook?

Fulfilling this question, Zuckerberg admitted that people were influenced in the election through Facebook. Many hacking groups accessed the accounts of people using Facebook and tried to influence the election that took place in Russia. He told that in 2015 he got information about this, after which he informed the FBI. This was followed by a similar incident in 2016 and we gave information about this to the people. Later, it was found that he has made a fake account and fake page to get information about the people. Through this, the information that was distributing people.

Does fake advertising takes place to influence people?

Responding to this, Zuckerberg said that people are mobilized not only in advertising but also in an organic way, for which pages are made using free sources and people are affected. However, now Facebook is using Artificial Intelligence to find faction accounts and to know inauthentic activity. So that the fake items and predominantly the political issue can be found and the information can be taken in its entirety. Apart from this, if we talk about the US, then whatever political or reciprocity want there, we have started identifying the location of all the advertisers and their information.

Why did Facebook get delayed in action after these incidents?

When asked about this issue from Zuckerberg, he said that he never focused on this, he was paying attention to hacking the traditional type, however, They came to know about the government and the people, but we were quite slow to recognize this attack. But now we have a lot of security and we are very serious about the elections going forward in 2018 and beyond and are trying to establish all the things in the right way with full responsibility.
