Boy commits suicide in Bhiwani, trying to join army

Chandigarh: A youth who was trying to join the Army in Bhiwani, Haryana, allegedly committed suicide. It is reported that the 23-year-old has taken this step due to the age of overage or joining the army. The police gave information in this regard on Friday. At the same time, BJP MP Varun Gandhi has also reacted sharply to the suspension of the recruitment programme in the Army for two years. According to media reports, the incident took place on Thursday. ASI Virendra Singh of Mundra police outpost informed that the youth has been identified as Pawan. He ended his life by hanging himself in the playground in his village Pallu. The special thing is that the young man had been preparing for many years in this field for the desire to join the army. The police officer said on the matter, "Pawan wanted to join the army. He was constantly trying. He would reach the field even before the other youngsters ran. Two or three times he had also passed the physical fitness exam, but could not go till the end. He was hoping that the remaining efforts would pass the final round, but due to the Corona epidemic, the recruitment process was stalled. This led to his age. '
