Private bus collides with container on Agra Lucknow Expressway, 6 died

Lucknow: A painful accident has occurred on the Lucknow-Agra Expressway on the first day of New Year. A high-speed private bus hit a container parked on the roadside. In this accident, 6 people were killed and many people were seriously injured. All the injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital. Police and rescue teams are present on the spot. 

It is being told that this bus was going from Araria Bihar to the national capital Delhi. Due to dense fog, the driver was not visible and the bus crashed into the container. According to the police, 65 to 70 people were present on this bus. Bus driver Salauddin also died on the spot. The accident was so severe that the bus entered 5 feet inside the container and was pulled out with the help of a crane. During this, traffic on the expressway was affected for about two hours. There was chaos among the passengers due to the accident.

Regarding this incident, the police say that further investigation is being done and information has been given to the families of the deceased. Post mortem of dead bodies is being done. Preparations are also being made to send safe passengers home.
