An estimated Rs 5,000 crore of heroin has been shipped to India so far. SPECIAL Cell DCP Manishi Chandra said that the team of ACP Lalit Mohan Negi and Harid Bhushan had been receiving information for the past few months that a convoy of luxury cars was pulled out from Jamia Nagar area after 12 o'clock in the night.

According to the police, the accused used heroin in Afghanistan to chemicalize it. Then put a bag of jute in the batter, the sack absorbs the whole batter. The accused then sent Heng Adi Masala to India in this sack. No one smelled heroin because of the spice.  After the sack was spiced, the accused took the sack to a unit in Jamia Nagar and put it in a special chemical. The chemical used to absorb heroin again. Then put the solution in another chemical and dry it. Then heroin was re-created.
