New Delhi: Khusanbek Ojotila, a 12-year-old child from Uzbekistan, has started speaking again after a long gap of 10 years. At the age of 3, he had lost his ability to speak during treatment due to an accident. The child was brought to Apollo Hospital in Delhi for treatment. Dr. Suresh Singh Naruka, who performed surgery for children in the hospital, has said that the child's tracheostomy was done in a hospital there.

In this process, a hole is inserted in the throat and a tube is inserted in the respiratory pipe of the patient. So that the patient can breathe. But the hole in the neck of the children had become permanent, because of which his ability to speak was lost. He was admitted for treatment in the hospital on 16 December. He underwent surgery in 2 stages. He underwent endoscopic examination first. The airway turned narrow in it. In this process, a T-tube was inserted in the children's tank, which was technically very challenging. The second phase of surgery was done after 7 days. The trachea was improved in this.

After this, the neck hole was closed by the doctors. The tube that had been in his neck for the last 10 years was pulled out. He said that for 10 years the deprived child has started speaking again. The child's mother had lost courage, but now she is very happy. The child was discharged from the hospital on 29 December.
