Hyderabad (Telangana): The number of positive test returns in Telangana has reached 21 and the UK return has been tested positive.

Telangana Public Health Director Dr. G. Srinivasa Rao said the Telangana Medical Health Department was on high alert for the new coronavirus as 156 passengers had not yet been identified.

"We use tracing, testing and treatment to stop the spread of the virus. We have been collecting details of those from the UK and checking their health status. Since December 9, a total of 1,216 people have come to Telangana from the UK. We have identified 1,060 people. Six of them have returned to other countries. 58 Many are from other states.We have provided information to those states.In our state, 996 were tested and in 966 the corona was found to be negative.

Rao said the person who came in positive today was from Medchal district and so far a total of 21 people have been diagnosed with coronavirus. "Four of the positive respondents are from Hyderabad, nine are from Mechal Malkajgiri district, two are from Jagtila district and one each from Manchiriala, Nalgonda, Rangareddy, Sangareddy, Siddipet and Warangal towns. We have placed 21 in separate wards. His address and phone numbers are not comprehensive," he said. So those who came directly to the state from the UK or traveled through the UK after December 9. were asked to provide their details.
