Gautham Krishna will make his Telugu debut in the upcoming film 'Aakasa Veedhullo,' in which he will star with Pujita Ponnada.

The actor says about working with her, " "Pujita is now working on a number of films in the city. She is a very down-to-earth person who is easy to deal with. She has a passionate attitude. This script necessitated a great deal of chemistry between the two of us. I was doubtful at first, but she grasped the complexity of the character and script, making it extremely simple for me to perform as well. You'll see an emotional love storey between us, and our chemistry is fantastic."

Gautham, who is also a certified MBBS doctor, says of his debut in the south film industry: "The path of my character, Siddhu, a superstar who was once sensitive and caring at heart, but subsequently becomes a harsh and intense person pushed by circumstances, piqued my attention. The novel revolves around two main themes: love and passion, and depicts two very different sides of me, one as a lover boy and the other as a rockstar."

When asked why he chose acting despite having a medical background, he says: "I don't have any experience with movies. But I'd always been fascinated by movies, and my family's sole requirement was that I finish my schooling before pursuing my love. My family also supported me once I finished my degree, which is how I got into acting."
