Faisal Khan, brother of actor Aamir Khan and actor-director of the entertainment world, says that no matter how many struggles he has fought in his life over the years, he has never sought help from his star brother because he wanted to travel on his own.
After being away from the limelight for nearly a decade, Faisal is now coming up with a feature movie called Factory as an actor and director. Asked if he sought help from his brother Aamir to restore his career in Bollywood, Faisal said, 'No, I did not ask Aamir for help to pursue his career. I wanted to do things myself because whatever it is, my success or my failure, it is mine. He's my brother, he wants good for me, but I had to get out of a dark phase, which is part of my journey. This is my life.'
Faizal further says, 'Isn't it funny that when someone struggles to make something and does not succeed like other siblings, he is asked why don't you ask for support and help? But if he takes support and succeeds, then is it called nepotism? Yes, my life was difficult, but now I really want to get back into acting and direction. I need a chance to move forward and I am emotionally and physically prepared to make my way.'
