New Delhi: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has now played the caste card over Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, who is under CBI scanner over a scam in liquor policy. The party has started preparations to target Rajputs on the pretext of Sisodia. Calling Sisodia a descendant of Maharana Pratap, the party seems to be trying to woo Rajputs in Gujarat.

Gujarat leader and AAP national joint general secretary Isudan Gadhvi has tweeted about this, which has also been retweeted by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal himself. Earlier, party spokesperson and MP Sanjay Singh had also hit back at Union Minister Anurag Thakur by calling Sisodia a descendant of Maharana Pratap, who had said that the spelling of Manish's name has now become MONEY SHH.

Isudan tweeted, "Manish Sisodia Ji, a descendant of Maharana Pratap, is being harassed by the BJP on false charges, due to which there is a lot of anger among the Rajput youth of Gujarat! In the next few days, more than 5000 Rajput youth will join AAP. In big numbers, people are joining the Aam Aadmi Party.'' Earlier on Saturday, Sanjay Singh said, "Anurag Thakur Ji would have at least read the history of the Sisodia dynasty. Fight Manish Sisodia, no one has the capacity to change his name. Sisodia is a descendant of Maharana Pratap Ji.''
