According to media reports, it is a social-sports drama that reflects the freedom of courage and expression through an event that gave Indians a sense of liberation. Created in the nineties and early 2000s, the story brings together two different stories. It is inspired by Captain Ganguly waving out t-shirts at Lord's Stadium in London, which gave thousands of Indians a chance to be proud.

Telling you for your information, director Abhinav Deo says, "Sourav Ganguly memorialized the end of an era. His one step in the NatWest Final was so powerful that we had a major change in our thinking. The film runs with the life of a girl who comes from a patriarchal family with social obligations. The poster of the film is just the first look. There are many more layers that viewers will understand once they see the trailer."

The original idea behind the film was that of Chicago-based executive producers Masha and Rohan Sajdah. Later, Angelo Dias, India's first advertising Grand Prix winner, wrote the story and script at Cannes. The lead roles in the film are actress Plabita Borthakur (PK, Lipstick Under My Burqa) and Ankur Vikal (Slumdog Millionaire).
