The release date of this action comedy is now out. Anurag Basu's untitled film will hit the screens on January 24, 2020. Initially, there were reports that this film is a sequel to his hit film Life In a... Metro. However, the director earlier cleared that this isn't a sequel to Life in a Metro.

This film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Divya Khosla Kumar, Anurag Basu, Tani Somarita Basu and Krishan Kumar. Earlier, in a statement, Bhushan Kumar said that he is happy to have found the talented cast and called Anurag a master storyteller.
After this untitled film, Anurag Basu will be working on a romantic drama titled Imali which again stars Rajkummar Rao. Kangana Ranaut was supposed to play the female lead in this film.
