Isha spoke about nepotism, 'Whether you call it nepotism or favoritism, I believe that it is a matter of harm to outsiders like us, but not every star kids benefit. There are many star kids who came and could not do much because they did not have skills. There are some outsiders who have made a special place in the industry with their hard work like Madhuri Dixit, Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma. There are camps here, but what can I say about it? These people may want to work with their friends and those who listen to them".
Isha further said, "I don't know what happens inside, so I don't want to guess about it. I also have complaints, but I will not speak". Isha Koppikar talks about casting couch in Bollywood. She said, "Of course, it also happens, but it depends on what you want. If you have to get work in the industry with the help of casting couch, do so, many actresses have done and reached a higher position, but if you don't want to, don't do it.
