Navaneeth Kaur Indian Film Actress, Model & Politician who is known for her work in Telugu cinema as well as Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Punjabi & Hindi movies, is celebrating her 35th birthday today, 3 January 2021. She is from Punjab, born and brought up in Mumbai.
Her acting first debut was in 'Darshan', a Kannada movie. Then followed her appearance in Telugu with 'Seenu, Vasanthi and Lakshmi'. Chetna (2005), Jagapathi (2005), Bhuma (2008), Good Boy, etc., are some of her other movies. Her Mollywood (Malayalam Cemena) debut opposite Megastar Mammootty in the film Parunthu didn't happen. She was replaced by Lakshmi Rai.
In 2014, Navneet Rana contested the election on an NCP ticket and lost to the same Adsul by 1.37 lakh votes. However, she changed her strategy this time around and contested as a Yuva Swabhimani Paksha (YSP) candidate, a political outfit formed by her husband Ravi Rana. Her extensive campaigning and connect with the rural voters has helped the talented lady to secure an edge over Shiv Sena's 71-year-old warhorse.
Navneet Kaur has also acted in the movies, 'Kalachakram', ‘Terror’, ‘Flash News’ and ‘Jabilamma’ in Telugu. She also shared screen space with Vijayakanth in a Tamil movie named ‘Arasangam’. She also performs Dance in Gemini TV (program named 'humma humma'). She starred opposite Megastar Mammootty in the Malayalam movie Love in Singapore, directed by Rafi Mecartin.
