Actress Sonarika Bhadoria was born on December 03, 1992. She is well known for Indrajith (2017), Eedo Rakam Aado Rakam (2016) and Jadoogadu (2015).
In 2015, Sonarika Bhadoria made her debut in Telugu cinema as Parvathi in Jadoogadu. She was also signed by Bhimaneni Srinivasa Rao in Speedunnodu, the Telugu remake of the 2012 hit romantic drama film Sundarapandian. The film was released in February 2016 to positive reviews and she was praised for her performance. Her second release in 2016 was the successful Telugu film Eedo Rakam Aado Rakam.
She signed to play the lead role in her debut Hindi film Saansein, directed by Rajiv S Ruia, opposite Rajneesh Duggal. She must be paired with Manchu Vishnu for the second time in the Telugu movie Sarada directed by G. Karthik Reddy, also starring popular south Indian actress Anjali in a special role, but delayed. Bhadoria's debut Tamil movie was Indrajith, opposite Gautham Karthik.
Bhadoria played the role of mother Parvati in the serial Devon Ka Dev Mahadev on the small screen. Recently she shared some photos of her bikini on her Instagram. Sonarika is also called by her fans fitness queen. she has always been very much conscious about her fitness. Many times, she shared about her daily routine that she gets up in the morning and goes for a walk with her mother and father for about an hour and a half. Then she comes back and drinks juice of gourd, beetroot, fresh oranges etc. She then eats skimmed milk and musli. Between 11 and 12 noon I drink coconut water. She takes salads and yogurt, eggs in her lunch. Then in the evening, she gives a flourish. She then goes to the gym. Then after coming back from workouts, I eat salads, broccoli soup and protein items. She does 30 Suryanamaskars using her mother's advice when she is out of town for the shoot or lacks gym facilities.
