New Delhi: A case of gang rape of an Assam woman has been reported at the Hotel Shangri-La in A Not Place. The accused was drunk and also forced the victim to drink alcohol. The incident is of 18 September. Police station has taken 6 criminals in custody including a woman. The room in which the incident took place was allegedly taken in the name of an MP. However, the New Delhi district police is refusing it.

According to New Delhi district police officials, the 27-year-old victim currently lives in Saket area. Her husband lives in Rajasthan. The victim books tickets online and works as a tourist guide. He alleged that Sheikh Sarai, Malaviya Nagar resident contractor Manoj Sharma had asked him to pay Rs 18 lakh at a lower rate of interest. 7 lakh and asked to come to the hotel Shangri-La on the evening of September 18 to give the remaining 11 lakh. When she arrived there, the offender and his companions took her to the hotel room.

She was forcibly drunk and then 5 people raped her. The culprits were also drunk. The accused woman at the site did not help her. According to police officials, the victim did not inform the hotel administration at the time of the incident. After the incident, the accused left her at her home in Saket at about one o'clock in the night.

The next day, the victim arrived at Safdarjung Hospital and briefed the police at 8 o'clock in the night. After registering the complaint, the police took the accused Manoj Sharma into custody. The accused contractor Manoj Sharma has been taken into custody in the case of mass rape, assault and stopping of the road. Other criminals are also high profile.
