June 2 marks the birthday of iconic Tamil filmmaker Mani Ratnam. While birthday wishes have been pouring in for the director on social media, actress Aditi Rao Hydari's wrote a heartfelt note on his birthday.

The actress has collaborated with the filmmaker in films including 'Kaatru Veliyidai' alongside Karthi, and 'Chekka Chivantha Vaanam', alongside Arvind Swamy, Vijay Sethupathy, Silambarasan TR, Jyothika, among others. Aditi will next be seen in Brinda master's 'Hey Sinamika', co-starring Dulquer Salmaan and Kajal Aggarwal.
