New Delhi: Seema Samriddhi Kushwaha, a lawyer who brought Nirbhaya's killers to the noose of execution, will now fight the case of the victim's family in connection with the alleged gang rape and murder of a Dalit girl in Hathras. For this, the victim's family has also agreed and signed the necessary papers. The lawyer, AP Singh, who fought the case of Nirbhaya accused, would also defend the accused.
According to media reports, advocate Seema Kushwaha, who was in the headlines from the Nirbhaya case, said that she would soon file a petition in the apex court seeking transfer of trial to Delhi. He said, the daughter of Hathras will not get justice unless the case is taken out of Uttar Pradesh. He will make all efforts to punish the accused. He sincerely hopes that one day hathras ' daughter will get justice and the culprits will get the strictest punishment.
Lawyer Seema Kushwaha said that in nirbhaya case, the police were getting all possible help in carrying out the culprits, but the police's attitude in the matter is to cover the entire matter. So, they know that it will not be easy to punish the accused in the case. But, some facts and evidences should come to them which will reduce their difficulties in ensuring the punishment of the accused.
