Munich: Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani has once again targeted Pakistan and said that the neighboring country's government is not taking any concrete steps against terrorism. The false claims of Pakistan towards ending terrorism have been exposed by the Afghan President at a time when the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) was held in France's capital, Paris, to stop the funding of terrorists.
FATF meeting held in Paris, further tightening on Pakistan
Ghani made this announcement regarding the failure of neighboring Pakistan in a meeting with a delegation of US MPs on the sidelines of the 56th Munich Security Conference. At the same time, Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the lower house of the US Parliament was also present in the delegation. As for the terrorist organization in Afghanistan, Ghani said that the solution to this problem is very important. He said that through drug smuggling, the terrorist organization is still raising money.

No action has been taken so far on the dreaded terrorists like Jaish-e-Muhammad's master Masood Azhar, the mastermind of Mumbai attack, Zakir Rehman Lakhvi. At the same time, Pakistan is only pretending to act on terrorists. On the other hand, there are some other countries like France, in which the steps being taken by Pakistan are not considered sufficient. They will also be under pressure that Pakistan should not get any exemption to FATF at present.
