Aftab Shivdasani is not seen in Bollywood these days. It seems as if he has bypassed the industry but till now he has never talked about it himself. Aftab Shivdasani has recently talked about his career. In a conversation with a website, he said that 'Around 2000, this groupism in Bollywood was known as Campism. People used to say about different actors that it is associated with the Yash Raj Camp. It belongs to Bhatt camp. It is connected to some other camp. Apart from this, Aftab said, 'Nothing could ever be said about me. That is because I have worked with many producers. I was friendly with all of them. However, I have never been very close to any of them.

With this, Aftab Shivdasani said that, with Vikram Bhatt, he did 9 films in his career. He also acted in 5-6 films with Ram Gopal Varma. During this time, I never became a part of any camp. You must all know that the debate about nepotism is intense these days. Meanwhile, Aftab was also required to be exposed. He also talked about Karan Johar. He said, 'They are also my distant relatives. Yet I have never had a close relationship with him. Talking about his career, the actor said, 'Many films and characters were offered to me, but I rejected them. In many of these, I was being given third or fourth lead. I did not want to do them. With all due respect, I refused to act in these films.
