Patna: Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Tejashwi Yadav, who has joined Bihar CM Nitish Kumar's Iftar party, has made a statement on the issue of political prospects with the Janata Dal-United. In fact, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar recently organised an Iftar party at his residence. He had also sent invitations to Lalu Yadav, Rabri Devi, Tejashwi Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav.

At the time of Tejashwi Yadav's return to the same iftar party, Nitish Kumar himself had come to drop him off in the car. After this incident, discussions started between the RJD and the JDU on political considerations. However, Tejashwi Yadav has put a brake on the political discussion for the time being by making a statement. Tejashwi said it was very normal for Chief Minister Nitish to drop him off in the car. "When Nitish came to us, we also left him till the door. It is not right to look at each thing through a political lens.

The RJD had organized an Iftar party on April 22. Nitish Kumar also joined the party. But after this party, there was a political heat in Bihar. In fact, Lalu Prasad Yadav's elder son Tej Pratap Yadav had announced after the Iftar party that a secret deal had been reached between him and the CM and soon a Tejashwi government would be formed in Bihar. A few days ago, Tej Pratap Yadav posted the message 'ENTRY NITISH CHACHA' on his social media, after which, speculations were abuzz that Tej Pratap is in favour of bringing Nitish back into the Grand Alliance.
