Community Health Centers (CHCs) have become mere snake bite treatment centers. Even the district hospitals do not have X-ray machines. Some contradictions have also come to light, for example, in Balrampur Hospital in the capital Lucknow, 74% of the doctors were found short, but the availability of nurses was 210% more. 50 to 86% of patients are seen by doctors in less than 5 minutes, which is very low according to the standard for eliminating, examining and treating the outdoor merge. If the pathology test facility is lacking, then the lab technician doing the investigation is not enough. Even with the imposition of private agencies in the region, there has been no improvement. CAG has received pathological services in 6 out of 22 CHCs. The auditor examined 11 hospitals as a sample in the ICU case and found that there was no ICU facility except Lucknow and Gorakhpur. It has also received trauma services only in Banda and Saharanpur.
