Lucknow: The National President of the Samajwadi Party (SP) and the former CM appeared in action after the defeat in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections. Ahead of the MLC elections, Akhilesh Yadav has expelled four-party office-bearers, including the former MLC, from the SP. These include the name of the office bearer who opposed the party in the MLC elections from Ghazipur. Apart from this, former MLCC Kailash Singh has also been ousted from the party by the SP.

Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav has expelled national secretaries Babasaheb Vahini, Ramesh Yadav, Vijay Yadav, former Zila panchayat chief Ghazipur and Upendra Yadav from the party. The SP issued a statement saying that these leaders were accused of opposing the party, due to which the action was taken.

At the same time, Samajwadi Party (SP) national president Akhilesh Yadav has also attacked the Yogi government over the cancellation of examinations in 24 districts after the leak of the Uttar Pradesh Board's Class 12 English paper. Terming the paper leak as a business, he said the BJP government, which failed to provide employment, has deliberately done it.
