The Supreme Court has abolished the life ban imposed by BCCI on S. Sreesanth. A few months ago, BCCI Lokpal Retired Justice DK Jain had told that on September 12, 2020, this 7-year ban is going to expire. Meanwhile, this veteran fast bowler has given his opinion about the future captain of India.

S Sreesanth wants to see KL Rahul as captain: Former Indian fast bowler S Sreesanth has said in a statement that he wants to see KL Rahul as captain in future. He believes that after Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma, if anyone is the rightful candidate for captaincy, then it is KL Rahul. At the same time, he has also accepted that KL Rahul has everything that a captain should have.

KL Rahul has everything to become captain: S Sreesanth said in a statement, 'KL Rahul has everything a player needs to become a captain. KL Rahul plays very well in all three forms. He plays the responsibility, no matter which number he is batting. Rahul thinks about his team and not his. He works like Virat Kohli, so I think if any player after Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma is eligible to be captain, then it is KL Rahul.

IPL 2020 will be a chance to show the glory of captaincy: Kings XI Punjab has made many players their captain since the first season of IPL, but no captain has been able to win Kings XI Punjab IPL title. Ravichandran Ashwin was captaining the team for the last 2 seasons, but before the auction, Punjab had traded Ashwin with Delhi. Due to which, now Kings XI will come down with a new captain in IPL 2020. KL Rahul has been named the new captain of his team for the IPL 2020 by Kings XI Punjab. KL Rahul will have a chance to win the title to the Punjab team under his captaincy and also present his claim for the captaincy of the Indian team.
