Bhopal: At present, the strike of outsourced employees of the Cooperative Department is going on in the state. The work of registration of farmers is being affected by this strike. Recently, farmer leader and agriculture minister Kamal Patel has asked the strike workers to return to work. He has said, "Strict action will be taken against the employees who will not come to work." Recently he has given this warning.

The cooperative department is on strike for the demands of the outsourced employees posted in the posts of managers, assistants and computer operators of the concerned institutions. Due to this, farmers are not being registered for the purchase of wheat, gram and other crops. According to the information received, the Principal Secretary Cooperative himself has given the assurance but even after this, the employees are on strike. Now Agriculture Minister Patel has discussed this with the media in Hoshangabad. In this discussion, he said, "These are outsourced employees if they do not return to work early, then strict action will be taken against them".

Agriculture Minister Patel also reiterated his resolve to take strong action against illegal sand mining, saying, 'Defence of Narmada is the joint responsibility of the government and society'. During this, he also said in his statement that in areas where irrigation water is not reaching, farmers will not be irrigated until there is a means of irrigation. For the first time after independence, effective initiatives have been taken to improve the economic condition of the farmers.
