These are the pilots who resigned last year but according to the rules, they also withdrew their resignations within the notice period of six months. He was assigned the responsibility of flying Airbus 320 aircraft of the airline. There is a great resentment among the pilots with this decision.
The decision to withdraw the resignation of these pilots was first accepted, but this decision was abruptly repealed on Thursday night. Also, his service has been terminated with immediate effect. In the Termination Letter, Air India cited the economic constraints on the company's functioning and the Corona epidemic for this decision. The termination letter states that, due to the corona, operations are limited at present and there is little chance of it increasing in the near future. The company is incurring huge net loss and does not have the financial strength to pay. "
The surprising thing is that some of the sacked pilots also flew on Friday. While after termination, his mental condition can be estimated. The Indian Commercial Pilots Association (ICPA) has now written a letter to Rajiv Bansal, Chairman and MD of Air India.
