New Delhi: Air pollution in India has revealed the risk of heart disease. This has come to light in a recent study. Researchers have done this study in the suburbs of South India. Studies have shown that most people are at serious risk of heart attack due to small particles found in the air.

According to news agency IANS, researcher Catherine Toney of the Barcelona Institute for Global Health stated that, 'The results of our research suggest that further studies are needed on air pollution in low- and middle-income countries, as population and air Due to the level of pollution, there can be a considerable difference in the results of studies of these countries compared to high-income countries.

He has said that earlier studies also show that air pollution is responsible for heart disease and increased mortality. For this research, the team of researchers selected low-middle-income people from areas of India where air pollution is more. The study included 3372 people from the state of Telangana, India.
