Berlin: Air Shows are held in many countries of the world, where people watch fighter jets and other types of aircraft shows. However, many tragic accidents also occur during this time. One such incident took place in Germany on this day. On this day, in 1988, an airshow of military aircraft at Germany's Ramstein Airbase turned into a terrible accident.

In fact, during the airshow, three fighter jets collided in the air and fell on the spectators there. 70 people have tragically died and hundreds injured in the accident. The Sponsor Airshow was organized by NATO on August 28 at Ramstein Airbase. At the end of the show, Italy's 'Frisse Tricholori Team' started its routine through the Ermeixi MB 339 fighter jets.

The team was led by Lt Col Ivo Nutalori. During the show, Nutalori made a crossover move in which his jet passed very close to the other team's fighter jet. On the other hand, the next time, Nutalori miss assessed a bold move and his fighter jet hit a group of main planes, and three fighter jets collided in the air, arousing fires at the spectators sitting below and killing 70 people.
