“Aisi Films Chalni Chahiye…”, Kangana Ranaut hailed SRK’s Pathaan after slamming film Industry

Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan hit the theatre screen. The movie is doing very well at Box office. and there are projections of its Blockbuster. The movie is receiving good reviews from Fans. Not only from fans but various Big Bollywood celebrities are showering their lover on the makers and team. Now Kangana Ranaut reacts to the SRK’s Pathaan.

At the wrap-up party of her upcoming film Emergency. While speaking to media alongside her Emergency co-stars Anupam Kher and Satish Kaushik, Kangana praised SRK films. She said, “Pathaan acha kar rahi hai. Aisi films chalni chahiye aur I feel ki jo hamare Hindi cinema wale piche reh gaye hain, har insaan apne level pe koshish kar raha hai (Pathaan is doing very well. I feel films like this should definitely work. Hindi cinema has been lagging behind other film industries, and we are all trying to finally bring back the business in our own little way)." Anupam Kher also said in Hindi, "It (Pathaan) is a huge film, made on a huge budget."

Earlier after the Big Box office projections reports of Projection, Kanagana without naming the film slammed the industry. Ranaut took to the social media and wrote, “Film industry is so crass and crude that whenever they want to project success of any endeavour/creation/art they throw flashing currency digits in your face, as if art has no other purpose.. it exposes their lowly standards and the kind of deprived lives they live.”

The actress added , “Primitively art blossomed in temples and reached literature/theatres and eventually inside cinemas. It is an industry but not designed for major economic gains like other billion/trillion dollar businesses, that’s why art/artists are worshipped not industrialists or billionaires.” She further added, “So even if artists indulge in polluting the very fibre of art and culture in the nation they must do it discreetly not shamelessly…”

Pathaan marks Shah Rukh Khan’s return to the big screen in over four years. The action thriller also stars John Abraham and is directed by Siddharth Aanand. The film is scheduled to be released in theatres on January 25, 2023. It will be released in Tamil and Telugu dubbed versions apart from Hindi. The film is releasing in record-breaking 100+ countries and will screen in more than 2500 screens overseas alone.
