Akhilesh Yadav slams BJP for selling liquor at railway and metro stations

Lucknow: SP President Akhilesh Yadav has asked whether the UP government has given permission to sell premium brand liquor at the railway and metro stations of the state, whether this is the only way left for the BJP government to make the state's economy one trillion. He said that this means that the claims of investment worth lakhs of crores in the state are false.

He has written on social media site This means that all the claims made of investment worth crores of rupees turned out to be false, that is why the government is adopting such unethical methods. Today liquor is being sold and tomorrow other intoxicants are going to be sold in public places.

If BJP people think that alcohol consumption is so good then sell it from their offices, public places should not be made centers of anarchy and crime. The government should not ruin families with such decisions. Women and children know how alcohol causes everything from domestic violence to public violence and proves fatal for the youth. In protest against this decision, the women, family members and youth of the state are going to decide to remove BJP. There is a deep connection between alcohol and crime. This can become another example of zero tolerance against crime becoming zero under BJP rule.
