Lucknow:As assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh approach, the political mercury is also rising. While Progressive Samajwadi Party (PRASP) National President Shivpal Singh Yadav is on a social transformation tour from Mathura, Samajwadi Party (SP) National President Akhilesh Yadav has also left questioning the Samajwadi Vijay Rath.

In an interview during the Vijay Rath Yatra, Akhilesh Yadav expressed his views on every aspect, from congress national general secretary Priyanka Gandhi's activism to uncle Shivpal's rath yatra. When asked if Priyanka Gandhi's active ness in Uttar Pradesh would hurt the SP? On this question Akhilesh Yadav said that no one's activeness will do any harm to the SP. He said the policies of both the Bharatiya Janata Parta (BJP) and the Congress are the same. That is, akhilesh has tried to say that Priyanka Gandhi is not going to actively affect the SP in the elections by describing the BJP and the Congress as the same. But this raises another question whether the SP will contest in UP without joining hands with the Congress, as the Congress is like the BJP, which everyone wants to defeat.

On the question of Uncle Shivpal's rath yatra, Akhilesh Yadav said that he (Shivpal) will also speak against the BJP. He said UP is a big region. All political parties need to work here. We had formed alliances with big parties in the past, but the results did not come. Netaji is also our father and a great leader of all of us. They have worked to show us the way in politics.
