New Delhi: Under the first phase of vaccination, vaccines are being applied in each state. In Uttar Pradesh also, the Yogi Government has made major preparations for vaccination. Meanwhile, former CM and Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav interacted with the media on Saturday on the first phase of vaccination.

Akhilesh Yadav further said, "I am happy that the government has started the vaccine programme. Now the vaccine has come, the question is when it reaches the poor and will not give free to the poor". He said that we want to know from our government what the programme is, how long all the people will be vaccinated. He said, "I would like to know from the government whether your staff, doctors and technical people have been trained."

Akhilesh Yadav further said that adequate funds have been provided where the vaccine is to be provided. It is learnt that funds have not been transported so far where the centres have been set up. There are many cases which have come to my notice, what steps the centre and the state government have taken.
