Akshay K Agarwal is a talented filmmaker and director. He has always followed his dreams and has never given up. While attending college in 2010, he took up courses on acting and music. He learnt guitar with other instruments and then joint acting course. Due to this, he got opportunities to act in theatre plays and short films. He acted in two small films to gain experience and make connections with the film industry. 

But, Akshay always wanted to direct. he was fascinated by how directors think and execute a concept given to them. The design and creativity involved in the art of directing captivated him. So, to pursue his passion, he learned about direction and how to apply it practically in 2011. He made 3-4 short films in college time till 2013 to gain experience.

One of his friends was practising music production and direction. So they both decided to make a music video together in 2014. This was the start of his direction career and soon he started getting more work. 

After graduation, he worked as a software asset manager at a software company, SoftwareONE. After2 years, he worked at HCL as a team lead. He managed his corporate work and love for direction, both at the same time. But as he got more opportunities in the direction field, he left his corporate job and focused on direction full-time. He has directed short films and music videos. He just followed his passion for directing and achieved success.
