Washington: The announcement of the Nobel Prize 2022 has started. The Nobel Peace Prize 2022 has been announced on Friday (October 7). This year's Nobel Peace Prize has been awarded to jailed Belarusian rights activist Ales Bialiatski. Along with this, the human rights organization Memorial and the Ukrainian human rights organization Center for Civil Liberties have also been awarded this award.

The Nobel Peace Prize was announced by Norwegian Nobel Committee chief Berit Reiss-Andersen in Oslo on Friday. The week of the announcement of the Nobel Prize began on Monday with the award of the Nobel Prize in Medicine to a scientist who exposed the secrets of Neanderthal DNA. Three scientists jointly won the prize in physics on Tuesday for the discovery that small particles can maintain relationships with each other even when separated.

This year's Nobel Prize in Chemistry is awarded by Carolyn R. Bertozzi, Morton Meldal and K. McCarthy. Barry Sharpless was given on Nobel prize on Wednesday (October 5) for developing a way of 'simultaneous fragmentation of molecules' into equal parts.
