The bubbly baby of Bollywood, Alia Bhatt is right now riding with a high success rate in the film industry. Her recent release has been the blockbuster in the Indian Box office records. She has been critically proclaimed and appreciated for her lead role as Sehmat in the Meghna Gulzar's film. 

Recently, while interacting with the leading daily, Alia Bhatt opened up about the presence of casting couch in the film industry. The actor also gave advice to the struggling actors who face it. In her statement, Alia Bhatt said that all of a sudden the casting couch discussion has become a hot topic in Bollywood. However, according to her opinion whenever such topics are discussed, the environment turns very negative. Resultant, people start believing that the industry is bad.
 
Alia Bhatt also stated that she knows and also understand that at times, many boys and girls have to go through bad situations in order to gain some work. She further said that everyone has to face their own battle of struggle in order to be able to get work in this industry. And during their struggle, some people could use the strugglers for their benefit.
 
Alia Bhatt gave advise to the strugglers in Bollywood, she said that one should always believe in themselves. However, if at all they are faced with casting couch they need to quickly inform their parents. And thereafter go to the police.
