He was charged with disturbing the peace, interfering in government work and threatening him. The next hearing in the case will be held after Holi in March. At the same time, on Friday, February 28, 2020, at 11 am, Cabinet Minister Dr. Rawat reached the district headquarters. Here he reached the district court located in Saund, where he appeared in the CGM court in the issue of election in 2012. After hearing from both sides, charges have been framed in the court for violating the code of conduct against the cabinet minister.

Next hearing after Holi in March: It is learned that he has been charged with breach of peace under section 147 of Indian Penal Code, obstructing government work under 353 and threatening under section 506. is. Advocate of Dr. Rawat BS Bhandari told that the next hearing of the case will be after Holi in March. At the same time, it is also being said that in the year 2012, Dr. Rawat contested from Rudraprayag Vis on the Congress Party ticket. During this time, during the election campaign, Dr. Rawat was accused of violating the Model Code of Conduct and indecency on administrative officers and employees, in which an FIR was registered.

According to the information received, it has been learned that after the matter reached the court, a summon was sent to Dr. Rawat, the cabinet minister. On 14 February, Dr. Rawat reached Rudraprayag CGM Court, where he got bail in the case.
