Necessary Ingredients -
Boiled Potatoes - 3 (chopped)
Tomatoes - 1 (finely chopped)
Coriander - 2 to 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Coriander Powder - ½ tsp
Red chilli powder - less than 4 teaspoons
Ginger - ½ inch (finely chopped)
Green chilli - 1 to 2 (finely chopped)
Roasted Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
Chaat Masala - 4 teaspoons
Black salt - less than 4 teaspoons
Green coriander chutney - 2 tsp
Sweet chutney - 2 tsp
Serve - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - as per taste
Method of preparation- For this, first put the pan on medium heat and heat oil. Now add finely chopped ginger, green chilli and fry it a little. After this, add coriander powder over it and fry it lightly. Now add tomatoes, salt, black salt, red chilli powder and potatoes to the masala. Now add roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, green coriander chutney and sweet chutney. After this, stir it well with a spoon so that everything mixes well. Turn off the heat and take out the pan. Now add finely chopped coriander over it and mix it well. Now serve by sprinkling sev on it.
