The Juvenile Justice Board based in Alwar has convicted two minor accused in the Aspect Khan mob lynching case. The punishment will be decided on April 7. On the other hand, the victim and her lawyer are not satisfied when the juvenile justice board convicted the accused without recording the statements of eyewitnesses. A petition will be filed in the court on March 12 to record the statements of all the witnesses before sentencing. Asad Hayat, the lawyer for the victims, said that the police arrested nine accused in the Aspect murder case, out of which 6 were acquitted by the court. While two accused under 16 years of age were being tried by the Juvenile Justice Board and one of the 17-year-old accused in the District Sessions POSCO Court. He said that during the trial of the 17-year-old accused, statements of all the witnesses were recorded about 6 months ago and they had identified the accused.

In the ongoing case of two minors in the Juvenile Justice Board, the Board had issued summons, but the victims were not served nor were the injured, along with the sons of Irshad and Arif, along with the injured Ajmat and Rafiq's statements were recorded. He said that the minor whose lawyer is fighting a case in a POSCO court, the same lawyer is a government lawyer in the Juvenile Justice Board.

In the POSCO court, the accused gave a certified copy of the statements made by the witnesses to the Board of Justice 6 months ago and the statements of the real witnesses were not considered necessary. According to the rules, there is no recognition of the statements made in the second court because the defense lawyers do not get a chance to argue in them and the accused in the upper court get the benefit.
