Amazon founder Jeff Bezos is in India. He has announced to invest $ 1 billion (more than Rs 7000 crore) in small and medium scale industries in India. With this, Bezos' company can use its global footprint to export US $ 10 billion of Make in India goods by 2025. Bezos spoke at the Summit of the Amazon Possible Summit on how technology adoption in India can enable small and medium businesses (SMBs).

Apart from this, he said that the partnership between India and America will be the most important in the 21st century. He also said that the 21st century can be the century of India. Bezos arrived in India on Tuesday, he will stay here this week and can meet business leaders and small and medium industry representatives of India. Bezos also wants to meet Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal, but he has not yet been given time to meet Bezos.

Bezos said, my guess is that the 21st century could be better for India. He said that India is a democratic India which is its main feature. He predicted that the 21st century would also be about bilateral relations between the United States and India. Bezos has come to India at a time when the Competition Commission has ordered an inquiry into the business practices of e-commerce majors Amazon and Flipkart. He reached Manglawar in India and went to Rajghat in Delhi and paid homage to Mahatma Gandhi. After this, on Wednesday, Bajos also enjoyed kite flying with young children on Makar Sankranti. He wrote on Instagram that when you blow a pant, that day becomes very auspicious. After this he went to the possible summit of Amazon and gave his speech there.
