America, the world's powerful country, has arrested five Pakistanis in nuclear piracy. According to the US Department of Justice, these five Pakistanis live in Canada, Hong Kong and Britain. The department says that they used to run a network of procurement from around the world for their front companies. Their front companies buy products made in the US for Advanced Engineering Research Organization and Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC). This company exports goods from America without an export license. This is a violation of US law.

According to media reports, Muhammad Kamran Wali lives in Pakistan among these accused. Muhammad Ahsan Wali and Haji Wali Muhammad Sheikh lives in Canada. Asharf Khan Muhammad's whereabouts are in Hong Kong, while Ahmad Waheed lives in the UK. They are accused of conspiring to violate the International Energy Economic Powers Act and the Export Control Reform Act. were determined.

Regarding the case, US Assistant Attorney General John C. Demers said defendants exported products manufactured in Amireca to institutions that have been identified as a threat to America's national security. These institutions are related to Pakistan's weapons programs. He said that this is an issue that can become an example for America that it should take strict action in implementing the rules of export.
