New Delhi: After the special status of Jammu and Kashmir by the Government of India, the Pakistan-funded terrorists have been withdrawn. In such a situation, they in the mood to carry out a major terrorist attack in the country. America has expressed apprehension about this. The US said that these attacks can be stopped if Pakistan keeps these terrorist groups under control. Assistant Defense Minister for Indo-Pacific Security Affairs Randall Schriver said in Washington that after the verdict on Kashmir, many countries fear that terrorist groups may carry out cross-border attacks in India.
In a question about China supporting Pakistan on the Kashmir issue, Schriver said, "I don't think China would like or support any such conflict." He said that "I think China's support to Pakistan on Kashmir issue is to a large extent diplomatic and political support. China has supported Pakistan on the international stage".
"If there was some discussion on whether to take the Kashmir issue to the United Nations, China would support it. But I do not think that China will do more than this. China has a long-standing relationship with Pakistan and their rivalry with India is growing. India wants a stable relationship with China". Please note that India had abolished Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir in the past.
