The Indian government has banned 59 mobile apps from China citing security. This tough decision is being welcomed in America. First Secretary of State Mike Pompeo gave a statement on this matter and now Indian-American leader Nikki Haley has also praised.

Nikki Haley, who was a US representative in the United Nations, tweeted on the controversy. She wrote in tweeting that India banned 59 Chinese apps, glad to know that. Among them was Tiktok, which has a large market in India. Nikki further wrote that India is constantly showing that it is not going to succumb to the aggressive attitude of China.

Significantly, before Nikki Haley, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has also given a statement on this issue. Soon after India banned the application, the US also banned two Chinese companies.
