Ajmer: In Ajmer, Rajasthan, the administration has banned the use of loudspeakers in all public and religious places. The administration says that this decision has been taken to prevent noise pollution. This order of Ajmer administration has been implemented in the city from April 7. Along with this, religious flags have also been banned in Ajmer. It is noteworthy that recently the Ajan controversy had caught fire. It is believed that apart from noise pollution, the reason behind this decision is also the Ajan controversy.

According to the order, no person or their group or representative shall use Dj for any kind of religious or other function without permission. If anyone wants to use them, then approval will have to be taken from the concerned SDM. This permission will also not be available from 10 pm to 6 am. After getting the approval, the level of noise pollution cannot exceed the level prescribed in the schedule of the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000.

Along with this, religious flags and other religious symbols have been banned in Ajmer. Please inform that section 144 is already in force in Ajmer. In the order issued by the Superintendent of Police, it has been said that religious flag cannot be raised even on private property without permission. This can lead to disturbance of public peace, create a negative situation for law and order and social harmony.
