New Delhi: On November 9, in the Ayodhya case, the Supreme Court, while giving the verdict, has directed the central government to build trust. According to media reports, the trust may also include UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath along with Home Minister Amit Shah. According to the Supreme Court directive, the trust is to be constructed within 3 months.

In a recent interview, BJP President and Home Minister Amit Shah has clearly stated that no BJP member will be involved in the trust. When Shah was asked whether UP CM Yogi Adityanath would be a member of the temple construction trust, he gave this answer. Apart from this, Amit Shah also said that the trust will have to build the temple of the donations of the society and no money will be given from the government. He said that we have to set the procedure in 90 days as per the guidelines of the Supreme Court. According to the Supreme Court directive, a representative of Nirmohi Akhara will also have to be included in this trust.

It has been discussed for the past one month that the top BJP leaders may be involved in the trust. The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) has demanded that Home Minister Amit Shah and Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath should be included in this trust. In the interview, Amit Shah merely stated that the process would be completed within 90 days as directed by the apex court.
