Lucknow: The Hijab / Burqa controversy, which started from Karnataka, has now knocked in many states of the country. Meanwhile, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, while talking to the media, has given his response on this issue. Amit Shah has bluntly said that all students should follow the dress code or uniform. However this is his personal opinion. Amit Shah further said that at present the matter is sub-judice in the court. Whatever decision the court gives, should be obeyed.

Amit Shah further said that, 'I personally believe that everyone should obey the school uniform and the matter is now in the court. The court has now granted a stay and the hearing is on. The decision given by the court should be obeyed. My personal belief remains only till the court gives its verdict. But if the court decides on it, then I should also accept it. During this, he said on the conspiracy and the role of Campus Front of India (CFI) in the controversy that no one's nefarious intentions will succeed.

After the decision of the court comes, the people of the country will accept it. When the Home Minister was asked that Yogi Adityanath is the face of the BJP in UP, then no matter how many seats he gets in this assembly election, will he become the CM. Responding to this question, Amit Shah said, 'We are fighting the election on the face of Yogi. That's why he will become the CM in any case. No matter how many seats we get.' Amit Shah further said that, 'CM Yogi has done a great job and is fighting elections only on the issue of development.'
