New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah is on a two-day visit to West Bengal. Today Shah will go to Bankura and take part in the organization's meeting and will have launch at tribal houses. Amit Shah's visit is being seen as the beginning of preparations for the assembly elections to be held in the state next year.

It is noteworthy that Union Home Minister Amit Shah's plane landed in Kolkata at around 9.30 pm on Wednesday night. There was a huge gathering of workers with big leaders like Kailash Vijayvargiya to welcome him at the airport. Today, Home Minister Amit Shah will go to Bankura by helicopter. From there, they will reach Puabagan by road, where Birsa will garland the statue of Munda. After this, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will attend the organization's meeting at Rabindra Bhavan in Bankura.

After the meeting, Amit Shah will leave Chaturdhi village. In the village, Amit Shah will dine at the home of a tribal family. In Churtadih village, there has been vigorous preparation to welcome Amit Shah. By night Amit Shah will return to Kolkata from Bankura. On Friday, Amit Shah will attend several programs in Kolkata. On Friday, Amit Shah's programs in Kolkata will be started from Dakshineswar Temple, after which he will take part in another organizational meeting.
