Lucknow: Ahead of the next year's proposed assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, Union Home Minister Amit Shah is addressing an election rally in Aligarh, western UP today. Although earlier he had also held a rally in Moradabad. The Home Minister said that 'NIZAM' means rule. But for Akhilesh Yadav, it means something else. He said that for SP, N means 'Naseemuddin', I means Imran Masood, Z and A means Azam Khan and M means Mukhtar Ansari. He said that I want to ask the people of the state whether you want Akhilesh's NIZAM in UP or Yogi-Modi's development NIZAM?
