New Delhi: Amidst the ongoing corona epidemic in the country, the first year of PM Narendra Modi's second term is being completed on Saturday. The second term of PM Modi has been described by Union Home Minister Amit Shah as historic. Amit Shah has said that the country has always been progressive under the leadership of PM Modi. Amit Shah has said in the tweet on Saturday that, "I heartily congratulate prime Minister of the country, Mr Narendra Modi, on the successful one year of Modi 2.0, full of historical achievements. I am confident that under your visionary and decisive leadership, India will continue to be as progressive."

In another tweet, the Home Minister said, "Modi Ji has not only rectified many historical mistakes during these 6 years' tenure but has also laid the foundation of a self-reliant India, progressing on the path of development by bridging the gap of 6 decades. This 6-year term is an unprecedented example of parallel coordination of 'poor welfare and reform".

Amit Shah said, "Reflections of honest leadership and tireless hard work, the unwavering faith of the people of India on Prime Minister Modi, the faith of the people of the country under his leadership is rarely seen in the world. I salute the people of India by electing the Modi government and became a co-partner of these achievements."

He said that "Today on this historic occasion, I became a messenger of the Modi government for the last 6 years and expressed my heartfelt gratitude to the crores of BJP workers for their hard work."
