New Delhi: PMNarendra Modi participated in the 'Amrit Mahotsav of Freedom from The Amrit Mahotsav of Independence' to the Golden India programme through video conferencing. He inaugurated the event. Addressing the function, Prime Minister Modi said, "The Brahmakumari Sanstha is launching the programme "From The Amrit Mahotsav of Independence to Golden India". We also have to believe that in the 75 years after Independence, in our society, in our nation, an evil has entered everyone. It is evil, to deviate from your duties, not to keep your duties supreme. Today, we are creating a system in which there is no place for favouritism, a society that stands firmly on the foundation of equality and social justice, we see an India emerging, whose thinking and approach is new, and whose decisions are progressive. The festival also has a spirit and sadhana for a golden India. It also has inspiration for the country, and efforts of the Brahmakumaris.

Prime Minister Modi further said, "When the world was in a deep period of darkness, rooted in old thinking about women, India worshipped matrishakti as a goddess. Here, vidushis like Gargi, Maitreyi, Anusuya, Arundhati and Madalsa gave knowledge to the society. Even in the difficult middle ages, there were great women like Pannadhaya and Mirabai in this country. And in the history of the freedom struggle that India is remembering in the Amrit Mahotsav, how many women have sacrificed their lives. From Rani Chennamma of Kittur, Matangini Hazra, Rani Lakshmibai, Veerangana Jhalakari Bai to Ahalyabai Holkar and Savitribai Phule in the social sector, these ladies maintained the identity of the country.

Prime Minister Modi said, "We have to keep our culture, our civilization, our sanskars alive, our spirituality, our diversity preserved and enhanced, and at the same time, to constantly modernize the arrangements for technology, infrastructure, education, health. This is not the time of amritkal to dream while sleeping, but to wake up and fulfill your resolve. Prime Minister Modi said, "The next 25 years are the culmination of hard work, sacrifice, 25 years of penance and penance. This 25-year period is to regain what our society has lost in hundreds of years of slavery. We all have to light a lamp in the heart of every citizen of the country - a lamp of duty. Together, if we take the country forward on the path of duty, the evils prevalent in the society will also be removed and the country will reach new heights.
